MiamiCentral

The MiamiCentral project includes two residential towers, called Parkline Living; an office building; and the MiamiCentral Station. They will be the southernmost stop for the express passenger rail service running from Orlando to Miami. Parkline Living consists of a North and South Tower that offers over 930,000 square feet of residential space and sits on top of a three-story parking structure above the MiamiCentral Station. Amenities include a full outdoor living experience, featuring two fenced-in dog parks, a running track, a cross-fit lawn, grill stations, resort and lap pools, cabanas, a movie wall, and lounge areas.
