Boston University
The Center for Computing & Data Sciences at Boston University will be a new 19-story, 350,000-gsf iconic building on the Charles River Campus.
Designed by renowned Canadian architecture firm KPMB, the tower is set above the podium to mitigate its impact on the busy street and align with other buildings along Commonwealth Avenue. The tower organizes a series of floorplates that are shifted and cantilevered around a central core to break down the overall scale of the building.
