This innovative 200,000 SF building will include four floors of industrial and traditional office space and a six-floor, 275-stall parking garage. The project will juxtapose modern design, with a concrete-and-steel structure and extensive exterior glass, and historic character in Portland’s Central Eastside district. It will feature floor-to-ceiling glass windows offering sweeping views of the Willamette River and downtown Portland, plus secured bike parking and on-site parking.
